Meet the Team
YSMAEL TINIO
He is the CEO of AccountingPro LLC and has been doing business in the Philippines for 25 years prior to coming to the United States in January 2016.
He graduated with a Degree in Bachelor of Science in Business Administration Major in Accounting. Afterwards, he worked in various functions such as Bookkeeper, Accountant, Senior Accountant, Chief Accountant, Bank Manager, Operations Manager, Directorship in various companies and President CEO of its own telecom service provider company.
He has vast experience in several industries such as Banking, Financing, Import and Export, Agriculture, Advertising, Information Technology, Outsourcing and Telecommunications. These experiences provided him the greatest foundation of well-rounded knowledge and expertise.
When he migrated in the United States in 2016, he worked as Senior Tax specialist the biggest Tax companies in the US. And, in 2018 he works as Property Accountant in a Commercial Property Management company before setting up AccountingPro LLC in 2021.
GIONNA LEIGH GUEVARRA
She is a co-founder of TramsPro Philippines Inc., a Certified Public Accountant, and a dedicated professional with more than eight years of experience in finance and accounting.
She worked as an auditor for one of the big four accounting firms handling clients from various industries such as micro-finance institution, package delivery company and manufacturing company.
She shifted her career to accounting, focusing on Knowledge Process Outsourcing (KPO) companies taking her profession into a global field by working with professionals all over the globe.
When not busy with work, she loves travelling around the globe.
APRIL ANGELO
She is an Accounting Manager based in the Philippines. She has a bachelor’s degree in business management major in Management Accounting from De La Salle University - Dasmariñas.
With over 10 years of experience in the field of accounting and finance, she has worked in various industries such as real estate, property management, software, and BPO/shared services that cater clients from Asia, Australia, and USA. Her prior roles include AP Analyst, AR Team Supervisor, and Division Accountant. Her exposure to AP and AR end-to-end processes led her to become a part of Financial Planning & Analysis in the past, which particularly focuses on revenue forecasting and financial report analysis.
April is a professional and a dedicated asset to the company. She has a passion for learning and a drive for success. At home, she loves to cook and spend time with her family. She also believes that a good relationship between parents and children builds a strong foundation for the future.
JAZEL ESCALANTE
She is an Accounting Manager who performs and take ownership of accounting duties as assigned.
She holds a BSBA major in Management Accounting from De La Salle University – Dasmariñas. Her career journey started over 10 years ago with immense exposure of various accounting, financial reporting, bank operations, and business analysis roles in local banks and multinational investment bank.
After working over a decade in a Banking and Financial institutions, she decided to take the plunge and joined a startup accounting company based in the Philippines which caters local and international clients. Mainly because she believes of the company’s mission and vision which resonates with her values.
She enjoyed and found fulfillment by helping other people and guiding them through the process.
ANALIZA BERMEJO
She is a Senior Accountant at AccountingPro LLC. She holds a bachelor's degree in Accountancy with a CPA license in the Philippines.
Before becoming an accountant for a Business Process Outsourcing company, she worked as an internal auditor for a national bank in the Philippines. For the past 5 years, Analiza worked as a freelance accountant/bookkeeper catering international clients from Australia, US, and UK where she gained her experience to the best practices in accounting and developed her skills to help clients keep their businesses financially healthy.
When not working, Analiza enjoys traveling, reading books, and watching Korean dramas.
LADELYN RODRIGUEZ
Started as a part-time Accountant and now a dedicated full-time Accountant with AccountingPro LLC.
She graduated with a degree in Bachelor of Science in Commerce major in Management Accounting.
Right after graduation, she worked as accountant in one of the largest retail companies in the Philippines and was exposed to various end to end process in the retail industry. With over 10 years of experience, she was able to lead the AP, AR and Inventory Team.
She has a strong enthusiasm for travel and hopes to visit a new location once a year.
JOSEPH IAN MATEO
He is an Accountant at AccountingPro LLC with a bachelor’s degree in Accountancy from the University of San Jose-Recoletos and a Certified Public Accountant in the Philippines.
In 2020, he began his career as an Audit Associate at SGV & Company (member firm of Ernst & Young) and was promoted to Senior Audit Associate in 2022, a position he held until 2023. In 2023, he transitioned to TOA Global, an outsourcing firm, as a Senior External Auditor for an Australian client.
Through these roles, he has developed a deep understanding of both IFRS and US GAAP. He has gained extensive experience in auditing financial reports, internal controls, and processes across various industries that report under these standards.
Outside of work, he loves to play basketball and online games. He also likes to collect anime figurines. He believes in maintaining a balance between work and personal life, as it helps him bring fresh perspectives to his professional endeavors.
CLARIZZE REÑOSA
Clarizze, a Senior Accountant at AccountingPro LLC, offers a wealth of experience and a distinguished background in the accounting industry within the Philippines.
Her active professional journey in the industry began as the Head of the Accounting Department, where she effectively managed operations. Her exceptional performance led to a promotion to Internal Audit Manager where she contributed immensely towards identification and management of financial risks while promoting adherence to rules facilitating the realization of overall corporate accounting and operational targets.
Further demonstrating her global competence, Clarizze was an experienced Senior Accountant for U.S. clients, specializing in delivering top-tier accounting and bookkeeping services. This role involved providing high-quality services tailored to the needs of American businesses, showcasing her ability to manage complex financial tasks and deliver exceptional results across different regulatory environments.
In her free time, Clarizze loves spending quality with her family and meeting up with her friends. She also loves watching K-dramas, Hollywood series, and movies. She enjoys roaming around her favorite places, such as grocery stores and malls. She is a jovial person that uplifts the mood of the people around her.
ATTY. WINSTON GINEZ
Atty. Ginez is a Lawyer and Certified Public Accountant. He obtained his Bachelor of Science in Accountancy from San Beda College in 1990 graduating Magna Cum Laude and Class Valedictorian. Immediately after taking the CPA Board Examinations, he joined the accounting firm of Punongbayan and Araullo as Auditor. After he passed the said examinations, he pursued his Bachelor of Laws degree from San Beda College of Law in 1991. He again graduated Class Valedictorian and placed 3rd in the 1995 Philippine Bar Examinations. From 1995 to 1999 he was a litigation, corporate and tax lawyer of the Angara Abello Concepcion Regala and Cruz Law Offices (ACCRALAW).
In February 2003, he decided to put up the Quial Ginez Paras & Beltran Law Offices where be became the Managing Partner from the time it was founded up to the time he was appointed as Chairman of LTFRB.
In 2012, Atty. Ginez participated in the historic impeachment trial of the then Supreme Court Chief justice Renato Corona.
On April 30, 2013, Atty. Ginez was appointed by President Benigno Aquino III as Chairman of the Land Transportation Franchising Regulatory Board (LTFRB). His term ended on June 30, 2016.
Atty. Ginez is well-experienced in the area of corporate ligation, labor, civil, commercial, and administrative cases. He is also engaging in corporate and tax practice.
