We're Hiring Accountants!

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Accountant to join our growing team. 

Qualifications:

· Certified Public Accountant or a Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or Management Accounting. 

· At least 3 to 5 years of experience in handling financial reporting.

· Solid understanding and knowledge of basic Accounting Principles and Procedures, Cash Basis and Accrual Basis Accounting. 

· Ability to analyze financial statements is required.

· High degree of accuracy and attention to detail.

· Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

· Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal).

· Ability to prioritize duties and meet deadlines

· Ability to work successfully as part of a remote team environment.  

· High level of integrity and professionalism.

· Proficiency in accounting software/systems

· Extensive knowledge of Microsoft Office software, especially Excel.

· Experience in property management accounting is a plus.

· Experience in RealPage and Yardi is a plus.

Work Hours & Requirements:

· This is a full-time position.

· Work-from-home setup.

· Must be residing in the Philippines.

· Graveyard shift. 

· Candidates must be available during U.S. business hours.

   Monday to Friday:  8:00 am to 5:00 pm (PST). 

· Should have PC with dual monitor and good specifications.

· Stable Internet (minimum of 50 Mbps).
